Time Management
Well here's a little insight I have learned about time management. The more I have to do the better I manage my time. I have to. In order to get everything done I have to be clear cut and focused. I seem to make critical decisions better. I can manage relationships better and I know exactly the time table I have to keep.
The outcome is that I get a lot accomplished. The downside is that I often feel keenly the accompanying high level of stress when I operate at this level for to long. It tends to give me some health symptoms I don't enjoy...but boy oh boy I do get things done. (often with the help of two much coffee.)
On the flipside.....when I don't have too much to do....nothing gets done. My focus is gone. I find myself feeling as though I have attention deficit and can't get on track.
So what would I really like? Balance. A certain amount of quality things that need to be accomplished each day with time for fun afterwards...my idea of utopia and I'm not going to give up until I get it.
